Delivery charges are automatically calculated for the UK and all countries listed below. Hazardous items are shipped by specific carriers, licensed to carry hazardous goods. The charges for this are also automatically calculated at check out.
For other international deliveries please raise a ‘request for quote’ we will then quote for the complete consignment including shipment costs. Alternatively, our Agents and Distributors will be pleased to help directly.

Returns Policy
Please notify us within ten days if goods are received damaged or anything is missing from the consignment. If external damage to the package is apparent please endorse the signature on the carrier’s note accordingly. In the case of non delivery this must be reported to us within 14 days of the despatch date shown on the invoice.
Please email us at [email protected] to obtain authorisation before returning items. Any items received without a RMA No will be refused. Products must be returned in pristine condition with the complete and original packaging. A collection charge of £7.75 will be applied for goods deemed unsuitable or ordered in error. This applies to non Hazardous goods only – please contact us regarding any returns of Hazardous goods.
