A set of six standards plus a 150µm Molybdenum Faraday cup mounted in a 25mm diameter x 5mm block, designed to provide a wide range of calibrations and performance checks.

The six standards BN, C, Mn, Co, Cu and Spessatine Garnet (Mn₃Al₂Si₃O₁₂) can be used for determining energy scale calibration, detector resolution, light element sensitivity and resolution, thin window contamination and probe current stability.
