This specimen holder is made of aluminium with spring-loaded clamping and grounding pin. Accommodates a sample thickness up to 3mm. Pin provides minimal surface clamping area and grounding on the imaged surface. Short Button Adapter (15372) is needed when used with the Dovetail Stage Adapters (15371 or 15397).
