These conjugates offer several advantages, such as high sensitivity, with detection as low as 100 pg in dot blotting when combined with our silver enhancement kit. The small gold nanoparticle conjugates are particularly beneficial for enhancing sensitivity in immunohistochemistry protocols when paired with the same kit for microscopy. Additionally, they provide a permanent label. For optimal performance, the conjugates should be stored undiluted in a storage buffer at 2-8°C, where they remain stable for up to four months. Storing the conjugates at a working dilution may compromise their effectiveness.
