Magnetic Amine Activated Resins
Magnetic Amine Activated Resin is used to make magnetic chromatography adsorbents. It forms chemically stable amide linkages with ligands containing carboxyl groups.

Magnetic Amine Activated Resin is used to make magnetic chromatography adsorbents. It forms chemically stable amide linkages with ligands containing carboxyl groups. It has a long spacer (9 atoms). After binding of target molecules, the magnetic resin can be readily isolated from the biological feedstocks with the aid of a magnet.
Amine-activated agarose can be used for the immobilization of carboxyl containing, or aldehyde containing molecules. The coupling chemistry is carbodiimide-based or reduced amination based and is a successful and well-documented technique.
LEAD TIMES: Average Lead Times are shown individually in days for any products not currently in stock. Whilst we are working closely with our suppliers to minimise the impact of global supply chain issues, and regularly update our product prices and lead times, some are subject to change due to supply chain fluctuations.
