Product Description

These ceramic tweezers can be used for a variety of laboratory and electronic applications due to their heat and corrosion resistance, insulation, and anti-static and non-magnetic properties. Two shapes are available, straight or curved on special aluminium alloy or polyacetal shanks.

Non-magnetic
Highly resistant to chemicals (excluding HF)
Free from metallic contamination
Electric and heat insulation
Wear-resistant - 10x more than that of metal and 100x more than that of plastic
Heat resistant up to 700°C
Soft solder and silver solder will not adhere to surface

Technical Data

Please note that these tweezers are constructed with extremely high precision. Do not impact or twist. Do not quench. Do not soak in strong acid or strong alkali solutions. Black alumite surface treatment of the tweezers provides good corrosion resistance but will be corrodible in such solutions. Ceramic tips may be broken by excessive loads. Protective glasses are recommended during use.
