These 200µm thick 3mm silicon support discs have a low stress, ultra-flat 50nm layer of silicon nitride on both sides.

Silicon aperture frames are 3mm diameter discs of thickness 200µm containing square or rectangular apertures of three sizes.

Silicon monoxide support films are resilient and able to withstand vigorous specimen preparation techniques

200nm membrane with holes from 1250nm down to 100nm.

Silicon monoxide films are also available with a stabilised lacey Formvar film (this does not have a removable thin Formvar backing).
