They offer key advantages, such as high sensitivity, enabling detection of as little as 100 pg in dot blotting when combined with our silver enhancement kit. These small gold nanoparticle conjugates enhance sensitivity in immunohistochemistry protocols, especially when used with the silver enhancement kit for microscopy, and provide a permanent labeling solution. For best results, store the conjugates undiluted in a storage buffer at 2-8°C, where they remain stable for up to four months. Storing them at working dilution may lead to a decrease in performance.
