The Silver Enhancement Kit offers down to picogram-level detection of gold nanoparticle conjugate, silver nanoparticle conjugate or gold nanourchin conjugate labelled samples, while also minimising background.
How it works:
The gold nanoparticle label is amplified by the deposition of silver onto its surface during the reaction, enabling label detection with a standard light microscope after a staining period of 5-8 minutes.
The kit contains:
- Silver Enhancer Solution A (25 ml)
- Silver Enhancer Solution B (25 ml)
