This compact pumping system is designed for use with all Agar coating units.
The vacuum pump offers increased reliability and longer service interval compared to other direct drive rotary vane vacuum pumps. This pump also consumes up to 36% less oil than other comparable pumps.

Includes all standard features of a direct rotary vane pump: gas ballast, forced oil lubrication, anti-suckback mechanism and thermal overload protection.

Cool running
Enhanced air flow allows the pump to run 10°C cooler than standard rotary vane pumps. Lower temperature leads to reduced chemical activity within the pump and slows down rates of oil consumption, increasing reliability of the pump.
Internal surface protection
The inside surface of the oil case has a PTFE coating and the outer surface of the pumping module has a black oxide coating. Both coatings act to slow metal corrosion and, when coupled with foreline traps, extend service interval, providing a long product lifespan.
Large oil capacity
Chemical vapours from the foreline cold trap into the pump are more diluted due to larger oil capacity. This minimises the rates of oil breakdown and reduces chemical attacks within the pump, meaning the pump requires less maintenance.
