Product DescriptionDelivery & Returns
Mini pin stubs are ideal for small samples, or parts which need to be examined individually. They take less space with a head diameter of 6.5mm, small samples are easier to locate and these are a low cost alternative for the standard 12.7mm pin stub.
They are available with standard 3.2mm diameter pins in two lengths: most common 9.5mm length for many SEM's and shorter 6.25mm for ZEISS/LEO SEM's. Copper is ideal for Cryo and heating stage applications.
