High quality magnetic stainless steel (alloy 430) discs for Atomic Force Microscopy are offered, with smooth edges and consistently flat surfaces. The AFM/STM disks are 20 gauge which is 0.0359" (0.91mm) with a range of 0.0329" to 0.0389" (0.835mm to 0.988mm) thickness.
