The Christian Speck Group (DNA Replication Group), part of Imperial College London, studies mechanisms in genome stability and epigenetics using biochemical, genetic, single molecule and structural approaches. They are particularly interested in disease associated with these processes and the development of specific inhibitors for therapeutic purposes.
These images are nucleosome arrays* by Cryo-EM. Quantifoil R/2 grids were used for this experiment with no carbon support.
